Zero Tolerance Behavior Policy

  • Our staff is here to provide the best medical care to you and your loved ones with dignity and respect. We know it can be stressful navigating today’s healthcare system.  Let us know how we can help.
  • To receive the best care, be courteous and polite to your care team. Refrain from abusive or threatening language, and physical threats or aggressive behavior.

Masking

While universal masking is no longer needed.  Staff and Patients are still required to wear a mask if they:

  • Have a cough or exhibit cold/flu like symptoms.
  • Have a known COVID-19 infection and are within the first 10 days.
  • Have a known exposure to COVID-19 within the last 10 days.

Masks will still be available as well as the hand sanitation stations.  We will continue to utilize our surgically clean air system to reduce the spread of pathogens.

Please note: Broader masking may be needed again in the future. We will inform you if our policies change.

Symptom Screening
Occasionally when the CDC reports high peaks of seasonal viruses like COVID19, RSV and Influenza we may institute health screening questions to better protect our community.

 

Visitor Policy
Visitors should postpone their visit if they are sick or have been exposed to persons with a known virus within the past 10 days.

Contact your provider through Partners Patient Gateway. Communications will be responded to within 24-48 hours. All Providers are available via Patient Gateway.

  1. If your concern is more urgent, please call and leave a message on the triage line.  781-595-0151 extension 288.  Our triage staff will call you back the same day.
  2. For prescription refills, please make request via Patient Gateway or you can leave a message on our prescription line at 781-595-0151 extension 287
